The best way to find out how far along you are and determine the viability of your pregnancy is with an ultrasound. At Willow Womens Center, we offer a free pregnancy test, ultrasound and will help you determine the need for an STI screening.
Our patient care team consists of Licensed Medical Professionals and Advocates who specialize in serving women who face unplanned pregnancies and understand the personal nature of pregnancy and abortion decisions. They will carefully listen to your needs and help you walk through all your options so you can be confident in your decision.
Pregnancy Options
Adoption
Many women who choose adoption have decided that an abortion isn’t right for them. It is possible that you aren’t quite ready to be a parent yet. You might also be worried about your financial stability, family situation and future endeavors — and that’s okay!

Medical Services
We offer a variety of unplanned pregnancy medical services at no cost to you: free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI testing and referrals.
Free Pregnancy Testing
If you have had unprotected sex and think you might be pregnant, we are your first step. Willow Womens Center will provide you with pregnancy testing services at no cost to you.
Limited Ultrasound
Once your pregnancy has been confirmed through one of our medical-grade pregnancy tests, your next step is to get an ultrasound (also done at no cost to you!)
STI Screening
At Willow Womens Center, we can help you get answers to protect your health with a no-cost, confidential STI screening. Our licensed healthcare professionals offer STI testing services for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
Support
In addition to our medical services, Willow Womens Center is here to support you through our classes, material support and through case management to help you develop a personal plan that will help you succeed in all areas of your life.
